Principles

The first week at Nemisa was eventful, to say the least. The awkward stage of any new chapter is the beginning. It was a time when intense tension was hovering in the atmosphere, where nerves and fear was the cologne everyone wore for the day. We were desperately trying to make a good impression to invent a new image for ourselves either to escape who we were in the past or to start afresh. Everyone was analyzing each other to find potential friendship or the people to stay away from. I hate beginnings it makes me feel uneasy like I do not know what I'm doing, I feel too venerable, but once we got over the awkward first interactions and small talk we experienced another beginning our first class Design Fundamentals with Ma'am Sibongile. During that lesson, we learned  about the elements of art and design principles of design and that these are the building blocks of art and without them designs can not exist these being line, shape color, value, texture, space, and form, but these weren't the only principals we learned for the week we were introduced to the principles and policies of the school, rules to adhere to and a break down of what will be done during our time there. Overall it was a rememberable experience that i would not do again but would be great to reminisce.
